We are a small community with 35 lots of 5 acres in a peaceful setting with great views of Pike's Peak. Located at the far north of El Paso County we are convenient to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Our HOA strives to make Hawk Ridge West an inviting and comfortable neighborhood. Our annuals dues are small as we have no amenities or common areas. We have covenants but we don't police each other - complaints or violations are handled through neighborly communication.
